And there it is, confirmation that all of your posts end in fireworks, but where do I subscribe?

I too wrote my thoughts on Where the Wild Things Are which I thought was terrific despite the mixed reviews I had heard http://www.isdisnormal.com/2009/10/22/watching-movie-wild-boys/.

Halloween is one of my favorite holidays and I miss trick or treating at the beautiful New England homes with the maple leaves crunching beneath our feet.

I was a mommy blogger for Halloween which meant I never changed out of my pajamas from when I woke up in the morning.

"...that you are mercury in retrograde...."--I love that! Great post, Suze.

Apropos, I s'pose, to your comments on "Where the Wild Things Are", on Halloween my 15 year old niece stuck name tags with fictitious names all over her clothes and went out as an identity crisis!

Great reflections Suzanne. The true spirit of haloween is so important, recognizing the shape shifting plurality that is within and without us. I was an "elder", which is what a friend of ours from Uganda recently called me, for Halloween - guiding 8 young friends and relatives' decisions through a very soggy night in search of candy treasure.
